As of 2012, all Office Tenders, Inc. drug & alcohol testing clients have been sent Federal Chain of Custody (C of C) forms by MEDTOX Laboratories.
The reason for sending them to you is to make testing easier. These forms are to be handled as follows:
- Keep one form in each vehicle
- Keep a couple of forms in your office
